Indian Frontiers aims to maintain a transparent cost policy for all our tours, clearly outlining what is included and excluded. We strive to avoid surprising our guests with unexpected costs or premiums. The only exceptions occur when unforeseen changes in itinerary, service inclusions, or intermediary costs (such as airlines, hotels, or transport) make it impossible for us to absorb the changes.

In most of our tours, we also incorporate free time and opportunities for guests to enjoy meals on their own, encouraging an authentic experience of the local culture and cuisine. The exception is when our tours venture into remote areas with limited access to outside services, and where we make special arrangements for meals and transport. This can occur in remote regions, high mountain areas, or within wildlife parks.

International flights from origin to India and back

Our tours generally do not include the cost of international flights, unless the tour includes or extends the travel to the bordering countries of Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka from India.

You are welcome to book your own international flights to and from India. The cost of travel within India is included in the tour package. This arrangement allows you the flexibility to find the best deals on international flights and to incorporate stop-overs in other Asian destinations into your travel plans.

Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephones, tips, beverages, smoke etc.

Typically, these expenses are considered personal and are not included in our standard tour packages. However, we do offer all-inclusive tours where these costs may be covered.

Insurance is not included in the tour costs

Please note that international travel insurance is not included in our tour packages, except for the standard coverage provided with tourist transport, flights, trains etc.  for accidents.

For comprehensive travel protection, we recommend selecting a travel insurance plan that suits your needs, so you can relax and fully enjoy your holiday in India. Please be aware that Indian Frontiers cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur if you do not arrange adequate insurance coverage for your holiday arrangements.

Visa fee is not included in the cost above
