If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason, please inform us in writing as soon as possible.

Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation policy, detailing the charges on a per-person basis: Please note that these charges can vary, particularly if the booking includes independent services that do not impose cancellation fees; in such instances, a full refund will be issued.

More than 120 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost will be refunded.
90-60 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
59-30 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
29-15 days prior to departure: 15% of the tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 14 days prior to departure: No refunds will be provided.
